Karme graduated with 3000-hour program in Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy from Makami College in Calgary. She is trained in therapeutic massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, prenatal massage, myofascial cupping massage and hot stone massage.
She works with her patients to make them feel relaxed and at the same time, she works on their injury and prevention using human anatomy and physiology techniques including but not limited to lymphatic drainage, compression, sports massage, and foot reflexology among others.
Karme believes in the body’s natural healing process and understands and carefully listens to her patients’ needs. When not working, Karme likes to hike and travel around western Canada.
